BREWING METHOD
Step-by-Step Brewing Guide
Heat the Water
Heat filtered water to approximately 90–93°C. If you don’t have a thermometer, let the water rest for about 60–70 seconds after boiling.
Heat the Water
Open the outer sachet and remove the drip bag. Carefully tear open the top along the marked line.
Place It on Your Cup
Pull out the paper arms and secure them over both sides of your cup. Make sure the drip bag is stable.
Bloom the Coffee
Slowly pour 45 ml of hot water, ensuring the coffee grounds are evenly saturated. Wait approximately 30 seconds to allow the coffee to bloom and release trapped gases.
Continue Pouring
Slowly pour 90 ml of water and allow it to drain, then add another 90 ml, bringing the total to 225 ml. Pour gently and evenly with each pour.
Finish & Enjoy
Once the coffee has finished dripping, carefully remove the drip bag, gently stir your coffee, and enjoy.

Hot or Iced Options
Hot Coffee
Use 225 ml of hot water for one 15 g drip bag. Start with a 45 ml bloom and wait 30 seconds. Slowly pour 90 ml, allow it to drain, then add the final 90 ml, bringing the total to 225 ml.
Iced Coffee
Add 112 g of ice to your cup. Start with a 45 ml bloom and wait 30 seconds, then slowly pour the remaining 68 ml of hot water. Once the coffee has finished dripping, gently stir to chill and enjoy.
BREW IT RIGHT
Brewing Tips
Use freshly filtered water for a cleaner, more balanced cup.
Pour slowly and evenly using gentle circular motions.
Do not fill the drip bag completely in a single pour.
Use 225 ml of water for a stronger, more concentrated cup.
For a lighter cup, increase the water slightly to 240 ml.
Allow the water to drain completely before the next pour.
AVOID THESE
Common Brewing Mistakes
Pouring too quickly, which can lead to under-extraction.
Using water that is too cool to properly extract the coffee’s flavors.
Using too much water, resulting in a weak cup.
Leaving the drip bag on the cup after brewing is complete.
Pouring all the water at once instead of brewing in stages.
